What data we process

We process only the data you enter in the contact form: name, email address, phone number, company name, the selected project type and budget range, and the text of your message.

For technical purposes we store the submission time, the page it was sent from, the browser identifier and an irreversible hash of the IP address - the last one solely to limit spam submissions.

Why we process it

The data is used only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and maintain correspondence about the project. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and steps taken prior to entering into a contract.

We do not use the data for automated profiling and do not send newsletters without separate consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for no longer than 24 months from receipt. If an enquiry leads to a contract, the correspondence is kept for as long as accounting and statutory limitation periods require.

Who we share it with

We do not pass data to third parties for marketing purposes. Technically the data resides on the servers of our hosting provider within the European Union and of our email provider, both acting as data processors.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, write to info@lapukalve.lv.

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
